Wow, Serena is certainly a woman that many really do admire. I'd love to read her book and find out more about her life beyond tennis.

Today I read Tea's review of the book..I have to wonder where Serena's widsom and grandmothers strength was whenshe lost it on the court the other day. Yes she had a right o be upset, but is that not what the are look for from all black atheletics?

Hi Toni,

I didn't see her outburst and not to defend it, but compared with other athletes and other celebrities who have been in the spotlight since their youth, I'd say the William sisters are some of the sanest, most stable and well-rounded among their peers.

There are plenty of stars I would not want my children to emulate but William's good outweighs her outburst for me.
