Sunday Salon: Swept Away With Fall

School starts soon. New season means new beginnings. I love the fall. Always have. We've enjoyed a lot of great fresh fruits and vegetables this summer. Got in a lot of outdoor exercise and some of us traveled. In the fall, there will be new routines and new reads.

What does this time of year mean to you? Will your routines change? What's on your fall reading list?

Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the seasonal change, I love the light in the Pacific Northwest. Students come back to school on Wednesday, it is an exciting time. As for reading I do not have a specific list but really enjoy the R.I.P. challenge. Have a great week!

I love this time of year! My classroom is all set up and school starts on Tuesday 9/7. It'll start to get pretty intense and busy, but I'll continue my practice of reading in bed for atleast an hour every night. I feel the day is wasted if I haven't read my books! On my TBR list this fall:
Isabel Allende- Island Beneath the Sea
Belinda Acosta- Sisters, Strangers, and Starting Over
Laura Esquivel - Malinche
Nani Power- Ginger and Ganesh
Awista Ayub- Kabul Girls Soccer Club
... and so many more!
