Thanks, Susan! Not sure I'll get to my own version of this post today (we just got back last night and are starting (home)school at my house today, plus I have mixed feelings about singling some out and leaving out others) but you are definitely on my "shortlist" for Best community builder, Best commenter, and Best multicultural blog. You rock!

When I saw beter than football. I was like, What! Than I clicked on the list, and it holds its own with any given Sunday.

Thanks for including me, with some other wonderful blogs. Looking forward to checking out a few of the blogs I am not familiar with.

Is your guy a Tigers fan? Will they win a game this year?

Hi J.T.,

Friends mean everything to me so yes, I put in some effort to acknowledge many of the people and spaces I enjoy and admire. I hope readers will venture beyond what they know and discover new spaces to explore.

Come often and sit a spell with us. We'd love your company.

Hi Susan,
Wow not one, not two, but three slots. Wow I am so amazed that people notice what I try to do. I don't know why. And I'm with the "blushing" ladies from up above.

Allison, Mary Lee and Niranjana et al,

You're welcome. While I like a lot of people, I think my friends know that I don't blow sunshine(and they know I can be crude). lol I listed you all because I think you all make important, relevant contributions to the blogging community.

The thanks is owed to you. I have learned and enjoyed a lot because of what you do.
