I'm no fan of censorship. And I appreciate the objection to the work. I think parents should talk about it with their kids but I don't see any compelling reason why given the content and how dated the work is that it couldn't be shelved in an adult circulation area like graphic novels. I wouldn't have it locked up in the backroom and if my child did get a hold of it, we'd discuss it.
