The Sunday Salon: What We Read, Wrote and Said

Welcome to The Sunday Salon. Over the weekend stop by to get a recap of the week's postings. Whew! What a week. Read two very different YA books, Emaku Blue by Brenda Woods and Kendra by Coe Booth. Booth's novel inspired my Poetry Friday post. For reviews, let's talk about what happened this week. Tashi reviewed Played by Dana Davidson and Tina interviewed sci-fi author, Kirsten Kasai. Ms. Kasai's debut novel, Ice Song has a unique character(s).

You have to check out these reviews. Some of my favorite children and YA books are reviewed including Feathers and If You Come Softly.
